Powerpoint Vs Prezi ?

Wow...Powerpoint Vs Prezi? its a hard question thou..

because each of this application have its own advantages and also disadvantages.

this both Program are aim to present ideas.

First , we are looking at Microsoft power point.

Advantages:

1. Easy to use - Powerpoint is a program that is easily understand  by beginners to make a presentation
2. Commonly used : Powerpoint is commonly use by almost everyone, because alot of student use at school.
3. Design : The Design is also simple , that make the user easy to understand to how to this and that.
4. Animations : There are also animations that can make your presentation more interesting
5. Hyperlinks : Hyperlinks is to hypertext to another location on the website or other location else in the presentation

Disadvantages:

1. Organization : Because there are many poeple use powerpoint , they already know and bored will a program called powerpoint. because its already commonly used by everyone , it needs other things that make it interesting.
2. Format : The format of sentences in the powerpoint slides just can be horizontal , it can sometimes make you bored.

Advantages:

1. Animation : The animation in Prezi's program is unique , it also has the zoom function if you want to present something. it also can to be look in overview.

2. New : Prezi program is New that , powerpoint. so , if you use this to present something , people will not easily get bored. because only few poeple know about this program.

3. Design : There are so many ways , to present attractive cause it allows your sentence not to be linear. 

Disadvantages:

1. Limited : The background and also the font cant be change

2. Additional Bill : If you want your prezi presentation more attractive , you need to pay more the bill its around 159 dollar. its a lot of money , gosh.

after discussing about prezi and also powerpoint , in my opinion i like powerpoint more. 

because the aim of making a presentation in a program is to purely present your ideas. if its have a lot of attractive things (prezi) it will make the audience lost focus on what are we presenting.

My Reflection (Week 5)

On the week 5 ,

We are asked to prepare a powerpoint which contains our presentation about the 

"101 thingsto do with chopsticks" with 3 until 4 illustration that we make.

per group present their illustration one by one , its interesting how other group try to illustrate their points .After doing the presentation ,the next task is to do a brainstorming that tells about

" Things that can make us be more creative".

We do the task in another mahjong paper. And the teacher said that

the best brainstorming project will get a prize! and the price is only 1.

my group is so excited! Before we make it , we noted down all of the categories on the paper, 

which is simulation , feeling , art school , imagination and also games. We think that we need to work harder to do this task. We also gathered as a team to finish the work out of the class period on the 25 Augustust 2015 . On the working process , we found out that we find out some interesting facts. Like ,when we sleep 7 to 8  hours  every day it will make our mind fresher and can get more ideas. But if we sleep less than that we rarely will have good ideas , because our mind is not fresh enough.  The 2nd fact that we found out is , when you are listening to a classic music. it will make your brain works more well? because it helps you elaborate your brain  to work more peaceful . For this week homework is , we need to learn what is Prezi and compare it with powerpoint and then we need to post it on our blog. Well , luckily on my High School time I ever use Prezi for some of my project. So , I do know what is Prezi when the teacher asked to the class "what is Prezi?". Only some in my class who knows what is actually programme called Prezi is.

My Reflection (Week4)

             Today's class is to assest our blog. We need to assest our own work and we also need to assest our friend's work. Today , rizal was absent so our group end up with 3 members only , me , Lydia , and Ben. Mine is checked by rizal and i checked lydia's , and ben's blog is checked by Lydia. The assesment is divided into 4 criteria which is 10% applied knowledge and understanding , 10% of critical thinking & research synthesis , 10% of communication skills , and 10% of self managemnt. It marked it with 1 (below expectation) , 2 (basic) , 3 ( proficient) , 4 (outstanding). For thr self assesment i assest myself 3(1st category) , 2(2nd) , 3(3rd) , and 3(4th) . The feedback i think i need to add videos for my blog so it will look interesting enough , so not all pictures. And after that , my blog ws assesed by Ben. He marked my blog 3(1st criteria) , 2 (2nd) , 3 (3rd) , 3 (4th) . His feedback to my blog is my font is very hard to read can change the fonts, reflection can write more , and put picture in every reflection. I think its a nice feedback and i will edit and make it good. I want to achieve better and better. Thankyou Ben for the feedback! It really help me. And I am planning to go all of through my blog and edit it as what the feedbacks and comments are given :)

My reflection (week3)

Wihiiiii.. its week 3 already! I didnt even realize cause i am having fun and start enjoying my life at NAFA! Hahaha.
Singapore just celebrate the Golden jubilee of Singapore! its called SG50.
i am so excited to see the fireworks in Marina Bay. I also go to Peranakan Museum , National Museum of Singapore and many more , since in there have a attractions of SG50!
it is a 4 day holiday for this week (yeah), but unfortunately still there are so many homework to do from the 5 subjects that i am having in the foundation studies. Hahaaha.
On the creative thinking class , we should crossed out some ideas from another group
that is already mainstream. Our's also being crossed out by others. and in the end it
only ends like 15 points that they didnt cross it out. from the 15th left.
Rizal , Lydia , Ben and me finally choose the most 3 unmainstream ideas in our poster.
which is , use chopstick to clean the belly button dirt , use chopstick to make a castle , and making a christmas tree out of chopsticks.

This video is one of my documentation in SG50! I found out that this is so creative and unique! Hahahah. Happy Golden Jubilee Singapore! Majulah Singapura!

 This are one of Lady's Gaga heels that is designed by 27 years old by  philippines woman.  
it looks like an octopus tentacles as the based and the body of the heels.     

This are a t shirt design that i find really interesting.
Look at it! It looks like we can see through the man meat and bones! yikes haha.
 Well actually its just the design that make it look like it. 

This is a real meat! yikes! Lady Gaga worn this dress on the 2010
 Ammy Awards and make the public shock with the dress made of.

                   that can be for books (bookshelves) and also people to sleep on and also sit on.
                                                    it  is unique with rounded shape also.

This is a jewellery that design very creative. 

A ring that looks like a knife that looks like cutting of your finger.

This is a very unique building. this building is called Krzywy Domek.

It was designed by Szotyńscy & Zaleski who were inspired by the fairytale illustrations.

What do you think about these designs?

These are pictures , that I , Ben , and Lydia are getting 

from furniture place called SPACE near the school. Well , yeah Rizal is absent. 

So he cant join us to search for 3 design that has broken the rules.

Lets , discuss first from the left side. the left side is a 

table that has 3 legs. the common one is 4 legs right but this one have only 3 legs. it also still can maintain its stability. The middle one is a lamp concept which has a unique design 

a horse as its model. Well ,I never seen this before. The right picture it is a chair 

with not its designs are not using common leg. it uses a curves of the chair to make it attractive , but its still stable thou.

I have illustrated my chopsticks to use chopsticks to make a castle with it. For Ben, his illustration was using the chopsticks to clean the belly button dirt and Rizal illustrated chopsticks to make a christmas tree. This is what we have done. we coloured it with marker to make it look more interesting.
